By all sharing a passion for classic designs, timeless quality and cutting-edge technology, we’ve built a dedicated team of certified professionals at Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc..  With a combined 50+ years of experience in auto body repair, customer service and vehicle paint industries, here’s a little about us:

About the Owner:

Armando is a Santa Maria native and has been working on cars since he was 15 years old.  Being a classic car enthusiast himself, what once started as a hobby has now grown into a passion and in 2012, Armando was able to fulfill the dream of opening his very own shop.  Being able to not only provide great service but also connect with his fellow community members has always been important to Armando.  Nearing the span of a decade, Armando has continued to provide the quality craftsmanship and top-notch customer service he has always wanted to. 

He’s also played an active role in his local community.  As the father of 3 sons, he takes pride in giving back to the Central Coast and instills the same importance to his kids and team members.  Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc. has participated in charities, fundraisers and other community events such as car shows, fairs & benefits.  A few of the programs and events that Armando is happy to contribute to are the CASA foundation for Santa Barbara County, Delta High School, Bent Axels Car Club and Mad Bomberz Car Club.  Take a look at our community page for more.  Together with his team of knowledgeable and friendly staff members, they are providing the most courteous and trusted service around.   

About the Team: 

Office Manager – Mike actually wears a few hats during his typical day at the shop.  Mike will be your estimate provider and is also our on-site insurance specialist.  Mike carries over 25 years of experience, where he worked as a claims adjuster for companies like Allstate and AAA.  Before Mike became a claims adjuster, he developed experience in the body shop industry, where he has now returned to, here at Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc..  Whether it’s an insurance-related repair or if you need that annoying ding taken care of, Mike can always communicate efficiently with all parties to ensure a smooth dynamic for everyone, with our customers’ best interests always in mind.  Feel free to call for an appointment or stop by during normal business hours for walk-in service if you’re interested in obtaining a quote

Support Clerk – The amazing Eva assists with anything and everything.  Stop by the office, and she’ll be the first smile you’ll greet.  Coming up on her 3 year anniversary with Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc., Eva has been a dedicated and loyal team member.  If you call into the office, you’ll most likely have the pleasure of speaking with her and we think you’ll agree when we say she is always willing to go above and beyond to assist in any way possible for her fellow team members and our ever-important customers.  Eva manages to stay atop ongoing projects as well as past and completed repairs.  She’ll remember you as a return customer, no doubt!🙂

Accounts Manager – Christina also comes from a long history in the insurance industry and is now the Accounts Manager for the shop.  After 14 years of working with companies like Farmers, Progressive, Nationwide, Safeco and so many others, Christina is now dedicated to focusing on building relationships with our customers, fellow local businesses, foundations & community members.  Collaboration is a major focus for Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc. and Christina’s desire to grow the shop’s presence by developing those long-term relationships makes her the perfect person for the job.  Feel free to contact her regarding any upcoming projects that Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc. might like to hear about, so we can continue giving back to our wonderful community. 

The shop is proud to have our team of certified technicians, who are honored to provide distinguished service daily.  Proudly, our shop specialists undergo and yearly renew continuing education requirements to make sure we stay up-to-date on new and improved repair techniques and technologies to contribute to complete, safe and quality repairs.

Humberto is our skilled technician on all things bodywork.  Humberto can claim a long history of _ years of experience.  Perfection is his objective and his mission is achieved time and time again.  Humberto’s craftsmanship, along with the industry’s latest technology, reaches superior satisfaction by our standards and, more importantly, by our customers’ standards. 

Our custom and cornerstone painting talents come from our artisan painter, Jose, whose admiration for the work is an art form itself.  He carries intense and keen attention to detail, which is displayed in each project, to satisfy the customer’s wants and needs.  It’s been a pleasure to have Jose’s steadfast devotion of  5 years with Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc,. where he can claim 15 years of experience perfecting his craft. 

Joey is our veteran restoration technician specialist.  Joey’s own appreciation for classic cars and hot rods makes him a great fit at Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc.  Joey’s long history of 30 years as a technician has allowed him to learn from others before him as well as practice his own perfection of craft to be able to deliver exceptional results.  Joey has a passion for his work and it’s noticeable in every detail; customers are definitely impressed!

THE SHOP

Armando’s Autobody and Paint Inc. is your local, family-owned and operated collision repair and paint facility. Located at 315 Dal Porto Lane (Unit C) in Santa Maria, California, the shop is situated in a large commercial building that has been upgraded perfectly to cater to the Central Coast.  Our 8,000 sqft shop is conveniently located in central Santa Maria, directly off Broadway and Betteravia, just minutes from the 101 Freeway.

We have a custom-built spray booth with enough room to provide accurate paint angles at all times, multiple bays to handle double-digit capacity, a dedicated vehicle-detailing station, a spacious paint-mixing room, and plenty of parking.  No job is too big!  With our strong family and community values, we keep our number one priority as you, our customer.  When it comes to accidents, it is our commitment to repair your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.  When it comes to hot rods & restorations, we guarantee satisfaction and have the techniques to provide you with the quality you deserve.  Come visit us, walk-ins are always welcome!

It is a known fact that the auto industry is ever-changing when it comes to car manufacturing, which means that the industry’s repair methods are also affected.  Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc. actively remains up-to-date on all things equipment and safety-related.  The certified technicians at Armando’s Auto Body & Paint Inc. utilize modern tools, techniques & products to deliver accurate, safe and guaranteed results.

Shockingly, only about 20% of collision repair shops currently complete the brutally meticulous training qualifications required to achieve the Gold Class standard.
